Proyecto Acceso

Proyecto Acceso was funded through CHRP (California HIV/AIDS Research Program) and examined access to medical services for HIV-positive Latino migrants in the San Francisco Bay Area (N = 127). Two qualitative interviews were conducted at two time points (9 to 12 months apart) with a retention rate of 73%. The interviews inquired about access to care and contextual factors influencing care. The study was a partnership with the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.
