Terms of Use
The National Sexuality Resource Center's Dialogue network
has established the Terms of Use for you to follow in order
to maintain a website that meets the needs of its users,
avoids harm to others, and offers a valuable and
informative service.
Terms of Agreement: This Agreement will
remain in full force and effect while you use Dialogues.
You may terminate your account at any time. Dialogues
reserves the right to terminate your account at any time if
it deems you have violated the following Terms of
Use:
1) Dialogues does not discourage
users from taking controversial positions or articulating
what may be unpopular views. You understand and agree
that Dialogues may review and delete any content posted or
transmitted - messages, photos, videos, or profiles - that
is abusive, illegal, false, or that harms, threatens the
safety, or violates the rights of users.
2) You may not use the Dialouges
services to transmit junk mail, chain letters, or
spam. You may not use the services to advertise to or
solicit other users to buy or sell any products or
services.
3) Your profile must
describe you, an individual person, and no one else.
4) You are solely responsible for
the content that you post on Dialogues or transmit to other
users.
5) You are responsible for
understanding the ethics and code of conduct established by
your local IRB (Internal Review Board) before posting any
messages pertaining to the information of or solicitation
of research study subjects.
6) You must use
Dialogues services in a manner consistent with any and all
applicable laws and regulations.
